Sony Device Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. established Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Policy as shown below: 

Sony Device Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. an advanced technology manufacturer of semiconductor, which recognizes that Environment, Occupational Health and Safety management is an integral part of our business and commits that: 

"The foundation of sustained Environment, Occupational Health and Safety 
is to continuously improve Environment, OH&S in all of our activities" 

It is our responsibility to our customers, employees, interested party and community that can affect by a decision or activity of SOT by committing to protect of the environment continual improvement of Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety management, in every aspect of our operations. We shall: 

• Comply with all applicable environment, Occupational Health and Safety legislation and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand, Sony Group Environmental Vision, and other requirement.
• Establish and review Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Objective and targets annually.
• Consider environmental aspects, eliminate hazards and reduce Occupational Health and Safety risks.
• Strive to continually improve environmental performance by ( a) maximizing the benefits of utilization of energy, efficiency of non-renewable energy and resources, (b) reducing emissions of greenhouse gases, (c) waste recycling, (d) Strict control over the hazardous substance by reduction, substitution and elimination of the use of hazardous materials, and (e) conserving natural resources including biodiversity.
• Continually improve occupational health and safety performance by Preventing accident, occupational disease, and illness, in both employees. And company's property, as well as improve employees' health management.
• Aim at the industry-leading environmental performance, and to create the profitable era from the environmental contribution.
• Provide the consultation and promote the participation of employees.
• Enhance environmental, occupational health and safety suggestion, education and training including communication to increase awareness, knowledge, and cooperation among all employees and
• Provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement environmental, occupational health and safety management system.
• Contractors must comply with Environmental and Safety laws.

This Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Policy shall be communicated to all employees as well as be made available to the public.
