SCK President, Yoshihiro Yamaguchi Holds Round Table Meeting at Sony Device Technology (Thailand)

Mr. Yoshihiro Yamaguchi, President and Representative Director of SCK, recently held a Round Table Meeting at Sony Device Technology (Thailand) (“SDT”) to engage in discussions and exchange insights with representatives from various department. The meeting took place in SDT’s new Office 4, with all Office 4 employees attending in person and over 200 participants joining online via Microsoft Teams LIVE. In total, more than 400 employees participated in this significant event.

At the discussion table, 6 employees from diverse divisions contributed their perspectives. The discussion covered a range of topics, including generational differences, employee growth and development, leadership, business challenges, technical considerations, and quality issues.

Throughout the meeting, Mr. Yamaguchi shared valuable insights and perspectives that were highly appreciated by SDT members. Although the topics were complex and serious, Mr. Yamaguchi’s approachable manner helped created a relaxed and open atmosphere.

At the close of the session, Mr. Yamaguchi offered encouraging words, urging SDT to continue improving processes and productivity and to work as “ONE” team toward future opportunities. The event was commemorated with group photos in Office 4 and the Communication Lounge.
