Device Engineer / Production Yield Control Engineer
※ Introduction of new products from Japan to Thailand
- Sample making /Command sheet / Import and Export
- Evaluation, Yield control, Data analysis and improvement
- Summary report of results, register of work standard
- Handling of abnormal reports and in charge of investigation and taking action.
Production Supervisor
- To perform superior's assignment competently and confidently.
- Prepare man, machine and material for manufacturing.
- Follow up daily production progress, report and action to achieve the target.
- Plan, review, monitoring and analyze quality, operation, cost, and productivity for making improvement plan and action.
- Ensure the compliance of production lines or products under responsibility with international standards (e. g. ISO 9001, IATF16949, etc.).
Equipment Engineer
※ Core function is maintainability and improve of Machine & Equipment to stability production.
- Plan and install the machine for use in production lines.
- Setup and plan maintenance systems for machines.
- Improve machine performance.
- Analyze and improve product yields.
- Supporting new products trial and setup
- Able to transfer knowledge to production line workers in the Assembly process.
Handler Engineer
※ Installation and maintain Automatic machine with the test machine.
- Installation and set up production test equipment.
- Responsible for Test handler equipment.
- Improve equipment stability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Meantime Between Assist (MTBA), and support daily management items to ensure line stability.
- Perform the improvement activities to improve reliability of production test equipment.
- Participate and support testing processes.
- Automatic Vision Inspection.
Test Engineer
※ Testing Classify Open/Short testing
※ Function testing
- Design and development of hardware and software testing circuits
- Plan and install a new product function test function
- Analyze, improve for testing
- Evaluate the features and usability of the product according to customer needs.
- Able to transfer knowledge to production line workers in the Testing process.
QA Engineer
※ Analyze root cause of problem from failed product for both technical and managerial faults.
- Examine and improve prevention of failed product for both technical and managerial faults.
- Examine and evaluate the result of manufacturing process.
- Organize the meeting between departments to evaluate and improve quality of manufacturing process.
- Summarize and write a report of quality management problems that occur in production line.
Reliability Engineer
※ Define reliability requirements and develop reliability qualification plans for new product, including setup of laboratory environment.
- Manage and perform reliability test to meet customer's requirement via ongoing/periodical reliability plan.
- Qualify product of design, process or material changing to achieve customer requirement.
- Perform root cause analysis to understand and seek solution to apply failures of products.
- Improve and ensure product's durability and reliability to meet customer's needs.
Failure Analysis Engineer
- Perform failure analysis to understand root cause and drive resolution of failures occurring during product development and during the full product lifetime cycle.
- Support engineer's request of failure analysis and summarize a report in each case.
- Plan and control jobs on hand to finish within target date.
- Develop, improve and set up FA working environment upon business situation changes.
Full Stack developer / Programmer
- Develop application support Smart Factory Project
- Support Operation improvement by utilizing Information Technology
- Maintain database and application to support Manufacturing.
- Knowledge about programing Language HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, VB.Net
- Knowledge about database SQL server, Oracle, Access, MySQL)
Data Analyst
- Improve data collection and cleaning.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, abnormalities and new insight by statistical method and data analysis concept.
- Develop predictive system from rule base and machine leaning model.
- Provide data and API to application developer.
